This maxillary cobalt-chromium full denture features a cast cobalt-chromium metal framework embedded inside the acrylic base. The metal frame provides rigid support, while the pink resin base simulates natural gingiva, paired with high-quality artificial teeth for lifelike aesthetics. It is custom milled and cast in our dental lab, with fine texture, smooth surface, and a stable fit — ideal for full-arch edentulous patients.
- High rigidity and fracture resistance. The cobalt-chromium framework is far less prone to bending or breaking than ordinary acrylic full dentures, ensuring an extended service life.
- Slim framework design reduces base thickness and lowers oral foreign-body sensation while maintaining reliable support.
- Favourable thermal conductivity, allowing patients to sense hot and cold food for a more natural chewing experience.
- Excellent biocompatibility with low allergy risk, safe for long-term intraoral wear.
- Superior retention and stability. The framework conforms to the anatomical contour of the maxillary palate and resists lifting or shifting during mastication.
- Dense and smooth metal surface resists plaque and food debris adhesion, making it easy to clean and maintain.
